DIY Easter Bunny Finger Puppets

Are you ready for another simple and inexpensive Easter craft that your kids will love? This one is a MUST see! I know my kids love it, and it's very quick and easy to finish! Let's get started!

DIY Easter Bunny Finger Puppets

  • White Felt
  • Pink Felt
  • White Embroidery Thread
  • Pink or Black Embroidery (optional)
  • Googly Eyes
  • White Pom Poms
  • Hot Glue
  1. We're going to start by cutting all the shapes needed for our puppet. We will need two simple 'finger shapes' for the base of your puppet. Remember to make them a little larger than needed as you'll lose some finger room during sewing. You will also need two ears in white, plus some pink for inside the ears as well. You might also cut a small nose from the pink as well, though you can also embroider this if preferred.
  2. IF embroidering a nose/mouth, do this next before sewing begins.
  3. Put your ears together before we put the puppet together. You can either sew on the pink, or hot glue it on, if preferred.
  4. Now, it's time to sew the puppet together. Leave an opening at the bottom for your finger and sew all around, adding the ears to the top as you sew.
  5. Now it's time to add the finishing touches- the googly eyes, a pom pom tail on the back and the pink felt nose if you didn't embroider it on. Apply all with hot glue and allow to cool.

That's it--- another super simple craft that kids are going to love! They make a great addition to the Easter basket--- or can be a really fun way to bring your favorite Easter stories to life!
