Book Review

What a cute read this one was! I always enjoy a good fake dating story, and I felt like this one was kind of a fun twist on that beloved trope. Margorie and Grant are not fake dating themselves... but they are filming a movie about a couple who is! So, we get some of those fun fake dating moments through their characters... but their off-screen chemistry is undeniable as well. I couldn't help but enjoy these two together right from their first awkward meetings. It definitely felt like fate played a hand in those little mix-ups! With all the small-town vibes and just the right amount of meddling, this story kept me smiling from start to finish. It was a very quick read, without feeling rushed or incomplete... the perfect short and sweet Valentine's Day read!
