The Book
Houston, We Have A... Meet-Cute.
When a test flight goes sideways, astronaut Jack Carter crash-lands in the last place he expected: the middle of a Wyoming cattle ranch. Dazed, suffering from amnesia, and drop-dead handsome- he can't remember his mission- or even his own name.
Enter Annie McGraw, a cowgirl who doesn't have time for stray cattle... Let alone stray astronauts. But when she takes him in, sparks fly faster than a rocket launch.
Out under Wyoming's star-filled skies, Jack launches into a mission he never trained for: a woman who just might be his greatest adventure yet, and a faith that grounds him more than gravity ever could.

Book Review
Two things to know about me: I love a good cowboy romance... and I may be a little obsessed with little green aliens. So, from the moment I saw this cover and read this blurb, I knew I had to read it... and it absolutely didn't disappoint! I mean an astronaut crash landing his spaceship on a cattle ranch!? I'm not quite sure that's what Annie expected when she prayed for God to send her a husband. This was such a fun premise for a romance, and it was executed just perfectly. The chemistry between Annie and Jack was really sweet and I loved the sense of found family in this story (and the humor that found family brought) too. And while there may not have been any little green men... there are at least some alien jokes that I adored! One of the things that I've really come to love in Cassandra's books is the way that she delivers laugh out loud and swoon-worthy moments, all while keeping God at the center too. I haven't read one of her books that I have not enjoyed, but this one is definitely a new favorite. I loved it!Howdy, Handsome is a closed-door Christian romance with kisses only and no language.
