I recently received a copy of this beautiful Bible to share my thoughts. First of all, the version that I received (the floral hardcover) is absolutely beautiful. Its cover reminds me of an old storybook, and as a lover of beautiful books, that certainly caught my eye right away. But of course, it's what's inside that really matters most. And it's just as beautiful inside as out. The artwork style we see on this cover is carried on throughout on the introduction of each book (and more subtly in the notes throughout). I love these beautifully rich and vibrant colors. There are also full-color images throughout that can help us getting a better understanding of the history that we're reading about here- perfect for those who are mo visual learners. The notes throughout also help readers dive deeper into the word and truly get a better understanding of what they are reading, the context and how it applies today. This Bible is in the CSB translation, which is a translation that balances accuracy with readability. This is one of my personally preferred translations.
