Book Review

Oh my goodness, how I adored Declan and Winona! These two had such a fun dynamic right from the start. He's a pro football player; she's on her way to becoming a nurse and doesn't know the first thing about the sport... yet anyway. Still, when his injury throws them together, their connection and chemistry is undeniable... despite their many differences! They were both such truly likable characters and I couldn't help but love them together. Their story had me laughing out loud so many times... but I also found myself tearing up a few times too. This is one of the things I love in a Savannah Scott book- the laughs are there and I find myself smiling throughout, but she also does a great job of going deeper and bringing all the heart right along with the humor. This is the first book in the new Tennessee Thunder Football series, and from their team dynamic in this book, I find myself already looking forward to what it going to happen next. I've no doubts it's going to be a great one, especially with a start like this! If you love football romance that will leave you smiling, this is one not to be missed.
