Book Review

What a way to wrap up a series! Every book in this series (and the author's previous) has been absolutely intriguing, but this one... my goodness, what a finale! While you may be able to enjoy this one as a standalone, I do think those who have read the previous Erin Delaney Mysteries as well as the Kaely Quinn Profiler series will have a much better understanding of the history of these characters and their unique skills. Right from the start, I found myself at the edge of my seat, wondering how it was all going to play out. One of the things that Nancy Mehl does so brilliantly is giving us a look inside the mind of the killers, which always tends to add a little more creepiness and depth to her stories. We get that with this one as well, and when we do... well, I cannot give away any spoilers, but trust me, this one will surprise you. It was intriguing, unique and a little bit heartbreaking with a beautiful message of faith mixed in to create a story that I won't soon be forgetting. If you enjoy Christian suspense, this book and series are some you won't want to miss!
