The Book
Gifted with the ability to time-cross between Victorian-era London and World War II Washington, DC, Kathryn faces two lives fraught with danger. In 1938 amid the looming shadow of war, Kathryn is invited to the London Museum as a guest curator to create a groundbreaking exhibit on Jack the Ripper and his reign of terror. As she delves into her grim research, she uncovers a chilling truth: Her own sister is destined to become the Ripper's final victim decades earlier.
In 1888, in a race against fate, Kathryn is assisted by her handsome childhood friend in hunting down history's most elusive killer. As they unravel the threads of mystery woven through time, Kathryn must decide if she'll unmask the murderer history has chosen to hide, forfeiting a life with the man she loves to save her sister.
Fans of Outlander and Downton Abbey will be captivated by this clean historical romance of time travel, a murder mystery, and the friends-to-lovers trope set during the Victorian-era and World War II.

Every Hour Until Then is the fifth book in the Timeless series. While I think enough information is given that you would be able to enjoy this one as a standalone, there may be some spoilers from previous books in the series, and as such would best be read in order.Oh, the absolute love I have for this series. Five books in and I'm still impressed by all the moments in history the author takes us to and decisions these characters have to face. This one was rather unique in a few ways... such as how close in time Kathryn's two timelines are to one another- close enough that there's a chance that people from her earlier timeline are still alive in the latter. In 1938, Kathryn is working on an exhibit about Jack the Ripper and discovers that her sister in 1888 is to be his final victim. While she knows that there are rules against changing history, she sets out to do just that and keep her sister safe. That was intriguing enough on its own... but there was a twist that I absolutely did not see coming that only took this story to the very next level. This was another fantastic addition to an amazing series that fans of Christian historical romance absolutely do NOT want to miss.
