The Book
A billionaire shortstop, a waitress who loathes him, and a disaster that has them stuck under one roof.
Avery
It's bad enough I'm working doubles at Clearway Park just to raise my baseball-obsessed brother. The last thing I need is Nash Fontaine—Chicago's most entitled athlete—as his new mentor.
So imagine my horror when our house is on the fritz and he offers his mansion as a temporary fix.
What's worse than falling for a playboy's charm?
Try losing my big promotion for fraternizing with the enemy.
Nash
I'm one scandal away from losing my contract renewal. Living with Benji and his sister, Avery, wasn't part of my image rehab plan.
But something about her challenges me like no one else ever has.
Playing house is easy. But when my parents show up and threaten everything, I realize I've caught the one thing I wasn't prepared for: Real feelings.

In her down time, she enjoys all the great outdoors has to offer. From car camping to hiking and fishing, you can usually find her daydreaming of adventures that include hunky mountain men with dad bods.
When she's not out exploring, she loves curling up on the couch with her laptop and a hot cup of herbal tea while listening to Cozy Hobbit Coffee Shop music on YouTube and working on her next book.
Book Review
A Player's Guide to Catching Feelings is the fourth book in the Sweet Sports Kisses series. This is a multi-author series all featuring different sports and connected through the Play It Forward organization. All books can be read in any order or as standalones.Baseball romance has quickly won me over... and this one was no exception. Right away, I found myself enjoying Nash and Avery. Their meeting had me smiling--- Nash started off the story a little bit on the cocky side, but I loved that Avery wasn't afraid to put him in his place. More importantly, I loved seeing how much he grew from that first meeting to the end of the story. Benji added a lot of heart to the story too, and I loved how this story had such a feeling of family. Nash and Avery had great chemistry between them, and I found myself enjoying them together. It was a super quick read, but didn't feel rushed or like it was missing anything. This was another super fun addition to the Sweet Sports Kisses series, and one that fans of sports romance are going to want to check out.
A Player's Guide to Catching Feelings is a closed-door romance with kisses only and no language.
