Many thanks to Pure Flix for providing a sample of the product for this review. Opinions are 100% my own.
If I'm being honest, I don't watch a whole lot of TV these days... but when I do, I'm looking for stories that will draw me in and make me want to keep watching. I also want something that I can feel good about watching and that I won't have to worry about my kids walking in on. It doesn't have to be something they will enjoy too... just something with language and other content that I don't particularly care for myself.
That's a pretty big order these days.
One of the things that I love about Pure Flix is that this is just the kind of entertainment they are offering. Their new series "Eleanor's Bench" is another great example of that. “Eleanor’s Bench” is a touching show that shines a light on the juvenile justice system in an informative enlightening way. Take a look:

Synopsis: Eleanor Thomas’s success as a Washington DC juvenile court judge is challenged when her inner-city past comes to court and demands more than judgment, prompting her to return to her impoverished neighborhood of youth. Will her renewed sense of purpose reinvigorate her faith?
