Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved the song 'Angels Among Us' by Alabama. It was not just the beautiful sound of it, but the meaningful lyrics. As I've gotten older, I've come to appreciate those words all that much more. Oh, how many times have we found ourselves in a tough spot and wished that God would send an angel down to guide us!?
That is exactly the premise behind the new Pure Flix show Saved by Grace. Take a look:

I was recently given the chance to check out this series before its Pure Flix premiere, and boy what a show it was! From the very first scene in the first episode, I found myself drawn into the stories told. In many ways it did remind me a little bit of Touched By An Angel. The premise behind it was certainly very similar... and while I actually really enjoyed that show as a child as well, this was definitely much more modern and entertaining all in its own right as well.
It is hard to find shows to watch that are safe for the whole family and that will leave you feeling encouraged after the credits roll, but this one absolutely did both. There are so many great messages in each episode but ultimately they remind us that God has a greater plan for each one of us and we are not alone in those daily struggles. I feel like this is a show that we all need right now and with different situations in each episode, there is sure to be something there for everyone.
