Have you ever planned a trip with your family, and had absolutely everything go wrong? Legacy Peak is movie that takes that to the next level--- and takes viewers on a thrilling adventure that the whole family can enjoy.

Synopsis: Jason wants nothing more than to have Noelle’s kids like him. But when a perfectly planned trip to a mountain cabin falls apart, the ensuing adventure could tear them apart or bring them closer than they ever imagined. Together they'll discover how to trust again and what it means to be a family.
Having kids that have a rather large age gap (six years), it can be a bit difficult to find good family movies that both of my children will actually enjoy... and not just the children, but myself as well. I wasn't sure what to expect when I started watching this one, but right away I could see that this is one that would fit that bill well. After all, what could be more exciting than an unexpected adventure in the wilderness!?
And boy, oh boy... what an adventure it was!!
Just when I thought this crew was safe from harm, something else would happen... I couldn't turn away. I don't want to give away any details, but let me tell you, I found it to be a pretty exciting watch.
Aside from the excitement though, it also had a ton of heart. It touches on some serious subjects and had really beautiful messages that kids and adults alike can learn from. Messages of perseverance and pushing past your fears. Messages of moving on from things that have happened in the past. Messages of faith, and God's constant presence even when things are not going how we want them too.
I love all of the inspirational movies and TV shows that I have had the chance to watch from Pure Flix so far, but I have to say that this one might have been my favorite so far! It's certainly one not to be missed.
