Bible Journaling Spotlight: My Top 5 Pages

For today's Bible journaling spotlight, I'm sharing a few of my favorite pages. Over the last nearly 4 years, I have created a wide variety of pages- some great, some not so great. The following are favorite not because they are perfect, but because they have stuck with me for one reason or another, be it their messages or the style. Take a look:

This page was created with a washi background and bold stickers to make the message stand out. I loved the bright colors against the dark background and of course, the message it portrayed. This was an earlier page I created (within the first year of journaling), and still is one that remains with me as a favorite.

This is a page that is far from perfect, but one that I had wanted to create for a long time before the opportunity arose. It's no secret that I love books, so when a friend sent me this old library insert card, this idea started growing. It was several months before (until the Bible Nerd Illustrated Faith kit came out) I was able to figure out exactly how to use it, but it still remains a favorite.

This is a favorite simply because of the style. I use this color scheme a lot, and honestly could say that many of those pages turn out to be favorites...but this is the best of the best. I love the boldness and how these stickers stand out against the color.

It is rare that a page that has my own drawing on it becomes a favorite-- simply because it's not something I am great at... but this is certainly an exception. I've used bees on several pages-- I love the imagery and yellow is a favorite color, but this is my favorite. I love the message, and how each of the elements worked so very well together.

My favorite movie is The Lion King... so this page is certainly one that I had a lot of fun creating! Beyond that though, I love how it came out... bold and cute, just as my favorites tend to be!

Have you been journaling long? I love seeing your work too! Share some of your favorites with me on Facebook, or tag me on Instagram (randikaye). I cannot wait to see them.
