As a collector of Bibles, people often ask me...'what's the best Bible to get?'
And well, that's a tough question to answer. It's not really quite as simple as saying which is the best or which is my favorite, because I truly believe that this all depends on the reader themselves. There are a few things to consider when making that decision: what will I be using it for? will I be taking notes, studying history or reading devotional content? what translation do I want? Your answers to those questions will determine which Bible might be the best choice for you.

First and foremost, can I just say that this Bible is absolutely gorgeous? Is gorgeous an appropriate adjective for a men's Bible? I'm not sure, but it truly is... the color alone makes it stand out and made me want to take another look inside myself. Inside it's fantastic too- beautiful illustrations, lots of charts, maps, etc.
One of the things that I loved most about my own 'She Reads Truth Bible' is that it is a great combination of both a study Bible and a journaling/note taking Bible. I more often had to use two separate Bibles for each purpose, but I loved that I could take notes right there as I was studying. Likewise, this one is the same... lots of great study material, but room for notes too. Let's be honest, there are a LOT of journaling Bibles for women out there, but for men? Not so much! Oh sure, there might be some simple leather styles that will work great for anyone, but personally, this is the first I have seen that is specifically geared towards men...and I love that. Oh sure, I can't see my husband getting into Bible art journaling anytime soon... but men still like to take notes and such too, don't they?
