In my home, we love a good bedtime story... almost as much as we love a good bible story! Needless to say, this particular Bible story book was right up our alley! We have read other 'Night Night' books from Amy Parker in the past and were already fans of her writing style. If your family has loved those, you are certain to love this one just as much! For those who've not yet experienced them, I cannot think of a better introduction.

This storybook features some of our most loved Bible stories in a way that kids can understand and enjoy. My daughter loved the cute little rhymes... the perfect way to draw kids in. Likewise the adorable colorful illustrations are sure to grab their attention and keep them captivated too. Let's be honest--- the illustrations in a children's book are truly what are going to keep the kids--- at least those non-readers--- coming back time and time again. The stories are very brief and again with that rhyming pattern, they read through very quickly. This is very important in a bedtime story... especially when kids want to read it over and over again... or if they want to read more than one! There are 30 stories altogether and while we have not personally read through each and every one yet, we have greatly enjoyed those that we have read so far. You can read them in order, or do as we like to do and pick and choose which stories we'd like to revisit! Each story ends with a cute bedtime prayer, perfect for sending your little one off to bed each night.

This is an adorable book, and one that I am happy to have in our collection.
