Make Bible Learning Fun with Bible Trivia, Jokes & Fun Facts for Kids {A Book Review}

**Book received for review. All thoughts are 100% my own.

When it comes to the Bible, my kiddo is pretty smart. He's got an amazing memory, which serves him well. So, he loves Bible trivia and learning all new things about the Bible stories he loves. And of course, like most 9-10 year old boys, he loves a good (clean) joke too! So, a book that combines all of the above in a fun new way to learn about the Bible? Yes, please! That is just what we found in Bible Trivia, Jokes, and Fun Facts for Kids by Troy Schmidt:

What did Noah use to light up the ark at night?
Floodlights

Knock, knock
Who's there?
Eve
Eve who?
It's me, Adam! There's only one other person on the earth! Who do you think it is?!

What could be more fun than seeing kids laugh and learn at the same time? With hundreds of Bible-based jokes, trivia, and word games, this book is guaranteed to entertain boys and girls for hours. Every page of this book will tease their brains and tickle their funny bones with chapters like "Bible Banter," "Matches Made in Heaven," and "Are You Smarter Than King Solomon?"

Moms and dads might even find themselves laughing and learning too!

Talk about a FUN book! This one most certainly is that! I have always been of the opinion that kids learn best when it's fun...be it math, reading, or yes, even the Bible. And let's be honest, for some kids, reading the Bible can be...well, a little boring! Particularly the Old Testament, so much history, and if you're not a history person, it just makes it hard to get much from it. But this book truly does encourage kids to read and study their Bibles by making it FUN. They can challenge themselves and their friends with fun Bible trivia. They can tell fun jokes that not only make us laugh, but can help us to remember why these characters in the Bible were important. They can learn about how some phrases we use today are actually from the Bible! Who knew? They can learn fun facts that they may have missed or been unaware of when reading the actual Bible stories. There are even blank pages at the end so kids can write in their own fun jokes and Bible notes.

I loved this book for my 9 year old, but I even found as I read through it, I was learning too. It's fun for kids, but it REALLY helps to teach them too! What could be better?
