Well, if you ask my husband, leather is ALWAYS a good answer. And if it's Saddleback Leather? Even better.

I was first introduced to Saddleback Leather when my husband bought a briefcase from them many years ago. While I must admit that I had a little sticker shock at the time, all these years later, I can say that it was worth the cost. My husband is pretty active, so this bag has seen a lot of adventure: military travel, motorcycle rides, day to day work, and everything in between. While I've gone through several bags with less use and more wear and tear... this one has truly stood the test of time and is still holding strong.
So, when I was given the chance to try out one of their other offerings, I was excited to see what I could find. I'd never actually taken a look at their website myself, so I was surprised at the variety of styles they offered... and the variety of price ranges too. One of the products that really stuck out to me was the journal covers. My husband and I both enjoy a good notebook, so when I saw they had one with the St. Louis Cardinals emblem (his favorite team)!? I knew this was the perfect gift for him. This is the same great quality I have now come to expect from the brand. The journal itself is sold separately, but it a fairly standard/common size, so you can choose one that fits your needs best. What I love about this though is that it allows you to use it for years to come... fill one journal and simply swap it with the next. Super easy. This is especially great for those of us who hate the idea of using the 'good notebooks'. Whether you're a writer, a list maker, an adventurer or a sports fan, this is a quality product that is made to last... and look good doing so.
