I was sent a copy of these Bible to check out for myself and the first thing that struck me was how absolutely beautiful this Bible was! I received the Brown Leathersoft version, which has a very classic and timeless look... I love the design on gold on the outside of the pages, again adding to that timeless look! Inside, it is just as beautiful.
Throughout its pages, you will find full page, full color artwork from throughout history. The font is a good size and very readable with wider margins that are ideal for notetaking if desired. You will also find devotional and theological commentary from notable figures throughout church history including: Irenaeus, Justin Martyr, Augustine, Martin Luther, Ulrich Zwingli, Origen, John Wesley, Charles Spurgeon, John Bunyan and John Calvin. It also has 46-full page biographies of church leaders and text of some of the creeds and confessions of the Christian faith. For those who are interested in the history of the church, this is really going to make this a wonderful choice!
