So Much To Learn About: A Candy-Less Blippi Easter Basket Giveaway!

Have you heard of Blippi?

If you have a preschool aged child who enjoys YouTube videos, chances are you've seen him once or twice. If you don't recognize him by name, you might very well know him by his theme song, “So much to learn about, it’ll make you want to shout: Blippi!” Blippi started in 2014 when Stevin John created this energetic character to fill the void of fun, educational characters YouTube needed. Since then, he has gained over 20 million subscribers and over 11 billion views to date. Some of them, I must admit are from my daughter. She absolutely loves Blippi!

Let's be honest, while we are still limiting screen time and encouraging non-electronic activities during this time safe at home, most kids-like my own- are getting a bit more screen time these days than usual. And you know what? That's okay! Still, I must say that if my daughter is going to spend some more time online, I am so happy that she has a character like Blippi to turn to...one that is fun, but educational too!

Today, I'm excited to bring you some new books that bring the fun off the screen and into your home:

Blippi: I Like That: Coloring with Crayons
 - In this coloring and activity book, Blippi tells kids some of the things he likes (like his hat!) and encourages them to color, draw, and doodle things they like, too. Plus, there are lots of connect-the-dots, mazes, matching, and more, all designed to get preschoolers thinking about things they like and to also express their creativity while practicing their developing fine motor skills.
Blippi: Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes
 - Everyone knows and loves the beloved preschool classic song “Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes,” including Blippi! As he energetically acts out the song on the pages of this board book, Blippi prompts readers to press the sound button to play the tune and encourages everyone to get up and move!
Blippi: So Much to See
 - This 128-page coloring and painting book presents an amazing array of animals, a variety of vrooming vehicles, and some basic early learning concepts, too! There are nearly 100 images for kids to color or paint using the crayons and paints provided…including lots of poses of Blippi.
Blippi: Lets Look and Find!
 -  Blippi prompts preschoolers to find twelve different objects in each illustrated scene in this durable board book. Can they find the blue-and-orange bird in the park? The teddy bear at a birthday party? The seashell at the beach? With gatefolds that open to reveal a new scene on each spread, Blippi: Lets Look and Find will keep preschoolers busy for hours as they happily hone their observation skills.

While kids who are already fans of Blippi will certainly go crazy for these great new books, they truly can be enjoyed by anyone! After all, these are just the kind of books that young kids like. From coloring and paint, to fun sounds and hidden objects these interactive books are sure to grab the attention of your child. I know these are just the kind of fun activity books that my daughter tends to be drawn to!

I love the bright colors in these fun books and the abundant activities to keep kids occupied, and my daughter of course loves that it's one of her favorite YouTubers! During this time, it is just these kind of great books that we all need, right?

  1. This would be such a great set of activities for my granddaughter. We were all in no way prepared for this stay at home order and her parents are essential with daycares closed except for essential employees but it was too much risk so she is here with me.
