Christmas Jars: In Theaters November 4, One Night Only! {A Movie Review + Giveaway} #ChristmasJarsL3

**I received a complimentary copy of the movie for consideration. All thoughts are 100% my own.

Based on the beloved novel by Jason F. Wright, CHRISTMAS JARS shares the story of Hope Jensen, a reporter who uncovers the remarkable secret behind a holiday phenomenon: money-filled glass jars anonymously given to people in need. The New York Times bestseller has created a new holiday tradition that has changed the lives of people in their time of need, all over the country. CHRISTMAS JARS is a one-night movie event that provides hope to all as we enter this special season. In theaters Monday, November 4 only, CHRISTMAS JARS is a heartfelt reminder that kindness truly is contagious.

Isn't there just something about a heartwarming Christmas movie? From November 1 onward (if not sooner), my TV is nearly always tuned to just such a film--- be it Hallmark or movies with similar styles. If it's not on my TV, it's in the books I'm reading. While I must admit that I had not yet read the book of the same title that this movie was based on, I'd certainly heard about it. In fact, my mom has been a big fan of Jason F. Wright for quite some time. When it comes to Christmas stories particularly, we tend to have very similar tastes so when she first shared about this upcoming film, I was excited to watch it and was thrilled to be given the chance to view an advanced screening to share my thoughts.

Within the first few minutes of the movie, I found myself reaching for the tissues! Isn't that the sign of fantastic heartwarming story? But while you certainly want to have your tissues handy, it's also got it's fair share of humor too... and even a little mystery and romance.

As I watched this movie, two major messages popped out at me. First and foremost is this idea that kindness is contagious. We see this in the recipients of the Christmas Jars as they pass along the blessings to others, and I hope that this movie will inspire viewers to start their own traditions of kindness--- be it via Christmas Jars or otherwise. I feel like kindness is something we need so much of in this would right now, and I truly hope this film will see a chain reaction of such.

The second message that came to me was that everything happens for a reason, and that God will bring the people we need into our lives, just when we need them most. He will take even the worst of circumstances and use them for good. I don't want to give away any secrets so I will leave it at that, but I think you'll see what I mean when the credits roll.

Overall, this is the perfect heartwarming Christmas story and one that I know I am going to want to watch again and again.

Christmas Jars will be in theaters on Monday, November 4, nationwide, ONE NIGHT ONLY via Fathom Events. Find your ticket info here.
