That's something we all want to hear every now and again, don't we? I remember as a young mom, I always disliked people thinking I was the big sister or a teen mom... but now that I'm 30, going on 31, I must admit I don't hate it when people come to my door and ask me if my parents are home.

Yes, we all want to look great for our age.

That all sounds great, of course... but does it actually work? I was recently sent their Acne Clearing System to try out for myself. Let's break it down by product:

Step 1: Acne Clarifying Cleanser. This cleanser uses natural botanicals and salicylic acid to gently exfoliate without stripping skin. It washes away the impurities that can clog our pores and helps to prevent future breakouts. Now again, I've tried many acne cleansers in the past but with my dry skin, they just left me feeling drier and itchier than ever before. Even as I washed my face I could feel the difference with this one. It didn't leave my skin feeling tight, but rather very soft and smooth. It actually felt very creamy to me--- more like what I'd expect in my moisturizing cleansers, not in acne products. Even just using this product on its own my skin FELT better. I also discovered it takes very little to get the job done, which is great because that means it lasts longer!

Step 2: Acne Breakout Treatment. While the cleanser is used all over, this treatment is applied just to the problem areas. For me at the time of trying this out, that was beside my mouth on my lower cheek and on the left side of my face above my chin. This area also happens to be where I experience the most dryness, to where sometimes even my moisturizers can cause some irritation. I was more than a little apprehensive to try a spot treatment on it for this reason. After all, we all know how drying typical Benzoyl Peroxide remedies can be. But the claim was that the innovative formula actually hydrates AND helps clear the acne simultaneously so I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised that it really did do both! No irritation, no flaking, no itchiness. It doesn't just clear the breakout, it actually repairs the skin.

Step 3: Citrus-C Healthy Complexion. This correcting serum infused with Retinol and Vitamin C is designed to help diminish the dark marks that acne can leave behind and refine overall skin texture. It also moisturizes and leaves the skin with a clean-feeling, matte finish. Now, I don't personally usually have too many issues with these dark marks, BUT I can say that my skin DID feel better after using and while I'm not sure it would be noticeable to most, I did feel that my complexion looked generally more even throughout.

Step 4: Healthy Skin Probiotic. We know that probiotics are essential for many aspects of our health, and our skin is just another one of those aspects. This probiotic is exclusive to MDComplete.com, and perhaps my favorite part of this whole system, because it attacks acne from the inside out for a more complete treatment. It addresses the effects of stress on gut health that can trigger inflammation throughout the body to include skin. It contains a Prebiotic and Vitamin B (Niacin) to restore the balance of good bacteria, leaving us with healthier looking skin! I will say that I WAS a little apprehensive about taking it because you have to drink it and I don't tend to do well with any powder type of supplement, but it's a very tiny amount and pretty easy to swallow...so to speak. I liked to have a tall glass of water or orange juice to chase it down with still though.

This is a 60-Day system so the longer you use it, the better results you will see, but I can honestly say at just about a week and a half, I'm already seeing some results. My little problem areas are clearing up nicely and skin in general just FEELS better. I would say for me personally, I could feel it before I could see it. I'm going to be completely honest too...
