Are you a history buff? Do you enjoy learning about the history of religions, both your own and other popular religions around the country? Do you just love a good docu-series?

If you answered yes to any of theses questions, I have a fantastic series to share with you today- POPE: The Most Powerful Man in History.

POPE: The Most Powerful Man in History explores the truth about the one world leader who is neither politician nor general – but commands the attention of both. For more than 2000 years, the head of the Roman Catholic Church has wielded unimaginable influence – shaping the world and our daily lives in surprising ways. Now, combining never-before-seen footage, exclusive interviews, and dramatic recreations, this upcoming six-part television series focuses on the men who have held this unique and complicated position, and reveals the unexpected true stories from the Vatican’s past.  The series also delves into the important historical moments that forever changed the Catholic Church – from the foundations of the Reformation to the origins of a new religious order within Catholicism – the Jesuits.
The series premieres on Sunday, March 11 on CNN.

Now, I am not personally Catholic (though I know many reading this might be), but I find it fascinating to learn about other religions other than my own--- the Catholic religion included. And I must admit, there is a lot that I do not know--- especially concerning the tole of Pope. So I am interested to watch this series and expand my knowledge a little bit.

My husband is both a history buff and a former Catholic, so this is certainly one that he is going to be watching too! It is sure to be a fascinating watch for us all! Take a look:
