Fitness and faith aren't things that *I* normally associate with one another, but it makes sense. Working out and eating well can be really tough. We know that it is something we SHOULD do but often find ourselves feeling let down when we feel as though we are failing. Why keep trying? Why not just give up. But the Bible tells us, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

So, why then do we think we can set out on this weight loss and/or fitness journey alone? This fitness plan doesn't just consider your physical needs, but encourages you to take care of those spiritual needs as well. Though I admit I haven't been keeping up with my workout plan as much as I SHOULD, I must say I find myself feeling completely refreshed all around when I do. Each day I find a short devotion to read as well as a menu and workouts to do that day. For me, I loved that it gave options no matter WHAT level of fitness you are at... start at beginner and work your way up to more advanced challenges.
