Wonders of Creation: An Adult Coloring Book Review

**I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts are my own.

It's no secret by now that I absolutely, positively love adult coloring books!!

And I'm certainly not the only one! Everywhere you look, adult coloring books have taken over. They are in the checkout line at the grocery store, they're on best-seller's list, they're in bargain bins. There are coloring books with intricate designs. There are coloring books based on your favorite stories. There are coloring books on faith. Those faith based coloring books tend to be some of my personal favorites. I love that not only do I get that stress relief, but that they allow me to spend time with God and worship in a creative new way that makes sense to me. So anytime I see a new Christian coloring book, I cannot wait to check it out.

Today, I'm excited to share another great one with you, Wonders of Creation:

Wonders of Creation explores the wonders of our created world though detailed black-and-white illustrations—each one ready to be filled with the hues of your imagination. From amazing Eden-esque gardens to the creatures God made that still ramble through our world, this ninety-six-page book offers hours of coloring inspiration and relaxation for any age.

I have many faith based coloring books, and within them you'll see a lot of Bible verses to color. Maybe not every page, but every few pages at least. And personally, I do love that... however, it starts to be the same ol' thing over and over again. Yes, they're beautiful, but I like to mix it up, while still making sure I have inspirational coloring books to use. Wonders of Creation is perfect for this. You're not going to find scriptures on every page. You're not even going to find spiritual images. In fact, aside from the title and the intro, the images would never portray that this IS a faith based coloring book at all. Instead of focussing on the scriptures, it instead focuses on the beauty of God's creations. From land to sea to air, it is packed full with beautiful images to truly remind us of all that God has created!

This is a high quality coloring book with lots of double sided images to keep you busy- some more intricate than others, but all absolutely beautiful. The pages are thick making them suitable for whatever type of medium you most prefer. Personally, I typically only use colored pencils, so I cannot say firsthand that markers will not bleed, but I can say that the pages are thicker than most making them less likely to.

This truly is a beautiful coloring book and a welcome addition to any coloring book collection. It is available to purchase now
