When I think of spring, one of my first thoughts is spring fashion! After the cold, dreary days of winter, I cannot wait to bring out all my pretty dresses and fun, vibrant prints!

But can I be honest for a moment? Finding clothes for spring and summer can actually be a bit of a challenge for me! You see, when it comes to fashion I choose to dress modestly. Don't worry, I'm not here to lecture you on your choice of fashion. I feel like modesty is such a personal choice and can truly mean something different to every person so who am I to tell you how or why you should do it? To me, dressing modestly simply means that I don't wear anything that is too revealing. Nothing low cut, nothing too short, and on those occasions that I do wear tanks tops, I tend to go for thicker straps (or wear a cardigan over it).

But when I go to search for pretty dresses for spring? I find spaghetti straps. I find strapless. I find dresses that are so short I simply can't play with my children in them. To make these dresses work for me I often find myself having to add another layer on top, or a skirt extender below. I don't want to have to do that. I want something I can throw on and it be perfect, just as it is!

Enter LuLaRoe!

Now, if you haven't heard of LuLaRoe, prepare to become addicted! These clothes are amazing! They offer a variety of gorgeous styles that make women of all shapes and sizes feel beautiful! Each print is made into limited pieces, so every piece is unique... there's a good chance you could be the only person in your town or even state to have that one particular piece! Pretty fun, right? They are most known for their leggings- often called 'buttery-soft' and while they are fantastic, today I'm going to focus on some of their dresses.

My first LuLaLove was the Amelia Dress. Can we just take a minute to say how wonderful a dress with pockets is? That's the Amelia! It's pretty, it's girly, it's comfortable. Most importantly, for nursing moms like myself, it's nursing friendly! They can be worn backwards with the zipper in front for easier nursing access! Amelia very quickly became my best friend. Nursing friendly AND modest, yes please!

Next up, came Ana. Oh, what can be said about Ana? She's beautiful! Maxi dresses are fantastic for a couple of reasons. First, they're comfortable and perfect for moms... giving us plenty of comfort to be on the floor with our kiddos without worries of exposure. But mostly, this dress is just really beautiful, and I feel beautiful IN it! What more could we ask for?

Did you notice that both dresses had sleeves? Did you notice neither was short or low cut? Both are super modest yet super stylish. You don't look at them and think 'modest', you look at them and think 'beautiful'. So often when we think of dressing modestly, we equate it with dressing frumpy. These dresses prove that to be far from the truth.

That brings us to the final LuLaRoe dress I want to share today: the Julia. Julia truly is proof that modest does not equal frumpy. You can still wear sophisticated, sleek styles and form fitted styles while still remaining modest! It's high neckline and fitted body make it perfectly acceptable for the office, or even a night on the town, without showing a ton of skin! Take a look:

What I love most about Julia is one of the things I love about ALL the pieces from LuLaRoe- the versatility. While I like Julie as a dress for other people, for me, it doesn't fit my needs as much as some of the others. It's still comfortable, of course, but as a stay at home mom a form fitted dress is not going to get as much wear from me. But by simply folding it up and under, I now have a fantastic tunic, perfect with my LuLaRoe leggings! (This is an added bonus for us short ladies too, even when worn as a dress!) This truly is one dress that can be dressed up or down for ANY occasion and will be a welcome addition to every wardrobe!

With such fun, versatile pieces, it's easy to see why so many people have already fallen in love with LuLaRoe! They have a little something for everyone and truly make women of all shapes and sizes feel beautiful and confident in their clothes!
