Take Me To The Beach Tapioca Pudding Cups #SummerofPudding #ad @KozyShack

The summer of pudding is in full swing!

Last month was all about chocolate. (See my S'mores in a Cup recipe here.) But this month we're moving on to another great variety from Kozy Shack- Tapioca! If chocolate wasn't your flavor, tapioca is sure to be just what your taste buds are craving!

Many of us are also finding ourselves craving a little vacation time. Can you think of anything better than lounging at the beach with a nice cool treat? Unfortunately, I cannot help with the vacation...but I CAN help with the treat. And even better, this sweet treat will bring the beach right to you!

Take Me To The Beach Pudding Cups

  • Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding
  • Blue Food Coloring
  • Graham Crackers, Crushed
  • Paper Umbrella

  1. In a small bowl, mix your pudding with the food coloring until you achieve your desired shade of blue. Separate into clear bowls.

  2. Now, prepare your 'sand'. Place graham crackers in a large Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to crush. This is supposed to resemble sand, so the finer the better. (Alternately, you could use any type of vanilla cookie, but we always have graham crackers on hand for summer!)
  3. Top the pudding with your 'sand'.
  4. Add an umbrella and enjoy!

Want to make it even more fun? Consider mixing in some Swedish Fish or other fun beach-y candies! Get creative with it!

Not only are these treats super tasty, they are also a perfect addition to your summer beach/pool party or luau!
