PW Cooks-Pt. 2: The Best Chocolate Sheet Cake. Ever.

This is not my claim, follow the link for the recipe and see for yourself! However, I have to say this cake is pretty amazing! I don't make cakes much- with our small family they never seem to go quick enough to make it worth it, and even when I do make cakes, I usually cheat and use the boxed mixes! I had been wanting to try making a cake from scratch for some time, and when I found this recipe, I had to give it a shot! And I'm so glad I did. This cake is like HEAVEN! (And not nearly as difficult to make as I thought it might be!) Perhaps it's the icing that completes the chocolate-y goodness, or maybe it's the feeling of accomplishment that makes it taste that much better, but you will not be sorry you made this! I may never buy a boxed mix again. Tomorrow, I attempt a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing from scratch! Can't wait!
