**Product received for consideration. All thoughts are 100% my own.

Every year as I cross off my Christmas shopping list, I find that it looks pretty similar... the specifics may change from year to year, but the ideas are the same:

  • Toys of choice
  • Books
  • PJs
  • Bath Products with current favorite characters
  • A Family Gift.
Most of those are pretty easy. The kids always have a list of toys and books, and I can choose their PJs and bath sets (toothbrushes, etc) based on whatever interests them at the time. That family gift though... that can be a tough one! Still, I love finding some sort of activity that we can enjoy TOGETHER. Sometimes that means a movie or going to an event, but perhaps one of my favorite family gifts is a good ol' fashioned board game.

There are many board games to choose from out there, but today I'm excited to share with you a game that is a little more unique from I See Me!- Our Family's Race Across the U.S.A. Personalized Board Game:

Our Family's Race Across the U.S.A. Personalized Board Game

Announcing a brand-new way to engage the family with your own personalized board game! Take an adventure across America as you move your piece along the game board. Personalize up to six game pieces with photos of your family member’s faces so they can “travel” from space to space. Your family’s names will also be incorporated into the game board artwork! Create lasting family memories with this uniquely personalized keepsake.

If you've followed A Modern Day Fairy Tale for long, you're probably already familiar with I See Me. They offer a wide variety of books and gifts that are personalized to each child. In the past, both of my children have gone CRAZY for these books. My son has learned about sportsmanship and being a big kid, while my daughter has had fun with custom Christmas songs and seeing her name in lights. They've both enjoyed personalized lunchboxes that were just their style. For a child, there is just something special about seeing your name in a story, right?

But on a board game!? How absolutely cool is that!? I remember as a child when we played board games, we always went for the game piece that was 'us'. I liked to sew as a child so in Monopoly I was always the thimble. For Life we always chose our favorite color car.... you get the idea. Of course, there were always times when more than one of us wanted the same piece... this game gives each child a piece that is truly 100% uniquely their own--- featuring their face! No more arguing over who gets the best piece, right!? Kids are going to love playing this game because it's a game that no one else in the world has!

Like everything I See Me has to offer, the game is beautifully illustrated and flawlessly incorporates all the family names into the board itself as well. This truly is a family gift that is both unique and fun for kids of all ages!
