Fall is HERE!

I don't know how it is where you are, but here in Indiana, we are already experiencing the cooler weather, as we anticipate the changing of seasons. Soon the leaves will change, and pumpkin spice everything will surround us.

For many, we think as fall as a time of baking and food... not really the time we usually think about losing weight or getting fit, right? But why not? Why not go into this holiday season looking and feeling better about ourselves. And for that Faithful Workouts can help:

Faithful Workouts' mission is to inspire physical & spiritual fitness. It's so important to connect with God, exercise regularly and eat properly if you want to get healthy. Check out the program on DirecTV, Dish and SkyAngel.

Here's what's included in your Faithful & Fit Plan:

✓ Menu plans, grocery lists & cookbook (gluten free & dairy free options!)
✓ 150+ Online Exercise Videos for every fitness level
✓ Faith & Fitness Calendar to make getting healthy simple!
✓ A forum to keep you inspired, connected & accountable
✓ Monthly Live Chats to address your health questions
✓ Inspirational articles sent to your inbox every week
✓ Podcasts so you can take us with you on your walk, bike, or run!
✓ A 10% OFF Member-only store discount

Fitness and faith aren't things that *I* normally associate with one another, but it makes sense. Working out and eating well can be really tough. We know that it is something we SHOULD do but often find ourselves feeling let down when we feel as though we are failing. Why keep trying? Why not just give up. But the Bible tells us, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

So, why then do we think we can set out on this weight loss and/or fitness journey alone? This fitness plan doesn't just consider your physical needs, but encourages you to take care of those spiritual needs as well. Though I admit I haven't been keeping up with my workout plan as much as I SHOULD, I must say I find myself feeling completely refreshed all around when I do. Each day I find a short devotion to read as well as a menu and workouts to do that day. For me, I loved that it gave options no matter WHAT level of fitness you are at... start at beginner and work your way up to more advanced challenges. There are recipes, workout videos and so much more. Truly, this plan is a great way to get yourself physically and spiritually fit.

Want to try it out for yourself? They are giving ALL of you one free month to try it out. Click here to join.

A long time ago, I participated in a Faith-based weight loss program and it was very successful.

  3. They usually tend to have the same goals as you and aim to work just as hard (maybe harder) as you to reach their goals in a fast, natural way.

  4. Basically, changing to a fit body isn't too simple particularly when individuals have taken after yearsgit.cct.isu.edu
